VRF lite

I am a little confused about VRF lite.

Attached is my Lab topology in which a PE supports multiple VPNS and overlapping IP customer IP addresses.

Can this be called VRF lite?

Is it necessary that the CE have multiple VPNS instead of PE to be called VRF lite

hopeful that my doubts will be cleared by the inputs

Its not necessary for a CE device to have multiple VPN's to be configured to be called a VRF Lite Edge.

Only differentiating factor is that a PE will use MPBGP to route and maintain multiple RIB's for different VPN's, a VRF Lite Edge does not use MPBGP for the same.

Which limits its capabilites to the IGP protocols VRF caps. But meets the requirements in peculiar scenarios without MPBGP being implemented.

But can i run VRF lite end to end without using MPBGP at all ?

In the toplogy shown above can i have Vrf lite with ospf cross the 2 PEs and run MPLS.

Also can you state the advantages of using MPBGP against VRF lite
