What do i need to turn this Features on LFA-FRR

Hi

What do i need to turn this Features on LFA-FRR ?? i heard this feature do need user intervention to create tunnel as in MPLS-TE FRR

my core routing is OSPF

Hi Ibrahim,

Assuming you have IOS/XE you can use the following guide to enable LFA for OSPFv2.

The basic configuration for LFA FRR is as simple as activating it under OSPF through "fast-reroute per-prefix enable prefix-priority priority-level"

For remote LFA also the RLFA node computation is dynamic and no pre provisioning/configuration is required.

you just configure FRR under OSPF (and TE tunnels) and that's it.

perhaps you need to confirm the version you use includes LFA-FRR.
