what is the best book to study MPLS.

                    I have recently started my MPLS training from best institute in gurgaon (http://networkerszone.com/) but was wondering if i can know the best book to do some self study as well, i have the cisco press book, is that sufficent?

Yes MPLS fundamental is a very good book to understand MPLS.

Dont forget to go through the online supplements of the same book.They cover some of the advance topics.

Once done with this book you can also look through

MPLS VPN Architecture Vol-1 and Vol-2.
