12.2.13T and Radius

Are there any specific requirements for Radius? my server was working fine on 12.2.11T but IOS says radius timeout on 12.2.13T. debug IP UDP shows packets recieved from the radius server but debug radius says no packet recieved.

Anyone else hit this?

12.2(13)T has some bugs that basically make it not work. You can try 12.2(13)T1 available on CCO already, that fixed most of them up. If you have a @ in your usernames, then you're probably hitting CSCdz55955 and you'll need to open a TAC case to get the version of code that that's fixed in.
