Hi, recently I started to see new message on the ise (3.2 patch 4)

5440 Endpoint abandoned EAP session and started new

It shows for almost every clients, doesn't matter android or ios. We use ise + AD.

Maybe anybody know why? I saw the bug with this message but it was resolved on the patch 1 for ise 3.2

If this was working as expected before upgrade and issue occruing after upgrade, and it effecting environment - then Open  a TAC case will be wise decision.

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

Usually that would indicate something wrong on the client side, however, if you are seeing this with all the endpoints it could suggest something wrong on ISE side, hence I would suggest getting TAC engaged to troubleshoot this. Also, you mentioned you are on ISE 3.2 patch 5, however, on Cisco portal I could see the latest patch available for ISE 3.2 is patch 4. I'm not sure if there was a patch 5 for ISE 3.2 then maybe has been pulled out from the portal due to some known issues?

Oh yes... it was my mistake. Of course patch version 4

If that issue started right after you applied patch 4 then probably I would try getting TAC engaged.

I made a rollback to patch 3, and the bugs are gone
