Hi Team A new endpoint joined to domain computer OU group of the organization is unable to connect to dot1x wifi whereas the existing current laptops from same OU are able to connect to the dot1x wifi. Even computer from different organization domain is able to connect to the aforementioned dot1x wifi. Only the new computers are not able to connect. Tried adding and removing SSIDs manually on both existing and new computers it worked for existing but not for new computers. Tried all basic troubleshooting but still not able to connect on the new domain joined PCs. Please note that i am using the same user credentials which is used to connect to the dot1x wifi from existing machines. Where can we check now? Is it possible that the issue might be with the NIC card. Please note that the NIC drivers are also updated. Your support is appreciated.

Regards,

Aravind

if the authentication by NPS of Radius ,

check  Condition & constraints in network polices , also check the events of network police and access service.

Hi Aravind,

Need more details about how you have setup authentication and authorization for WIFI.

Are you using ISE or some other AAA?

Did you check client authentication logs ?

Hi,

Please check the required CA certificate on the client PCs.

I assume you are using ISE for your 802.1X authentications.

Please provide the ISE LiveLog details for this computer's authentication attempts.
