AAA and TACACS servers

I want to download a free, yet reliable AAA and TACACS servers, can you guide me? Also, I need help with configuring them for study purpose.

Both of these are TACACS, do you need RADIUS also (your post states AAA)?  Assuming you just need TACACS:

Shrubbery offers both, but not sure you can put them on the same box. You're best bet is to download the ACS Eval if this is just for studying.

This is not working on Windows .. Is there a version that is working on Windows, or should I install Windows Server? I'm using this as a test lab
