aaa problem with 2621XM Ver 12.2 IP Plus

I cannot setup AAA on a 2621XM Ver 12.2 IP Plus router

the configuration appears as follows which looks strange.

Please advise if this is correct for 12.2 software.

Should there be an ! mark between the aaa new-model reference & the resst of the statement.
