Accounting and 802.1x on Cat4006/CatOS

I recently configured 802.1x authentication on a

Cat4006/CatOS, including port vlan setting. This

is working in a test environment. I am no trying

to get accounting working for 802.1x session,

but with no success.

I came to the conclusion that the feature is not supported on CatOS systems. is that correct? and

if so, does Cisco have plans to support it in the near future. I really think 802.1x without proper accounting is of limited use.

For the CAT6K, Enhancement Request for 802.1x accounting is filed as bug CSCdz56620. Not sure about CAt4K though.
