Accounting in ACS 5.4

Hello,

I have configured ACS 5.4 for AD authentication from WLC and configured the ACS serveras accounting server in the WLC but when i go to

Monitoring and Reports --> Catalog --> AAA Protocol -->  RADIUS_Accounting, i get the attached error. Also i have configured the following on my routers and switches:

aaa authentication login default group tacacs+ local

aaa authentication login userauthen group tacacs+ local

aaa authentication enable default group tacacs+ enable

aaa authorization exec default group tacacs+ local

aaa authorization commands 10 default group tacacs+ local

aaa authorization commands 15 default group tacacs+ if-authenticated

aaa authorization network groupauthor local

aaa accounting exec default start-stop group tacacs+

aaa accounting commands 0 default start-stop group tacacs+

aaa accounting commands 1 default start-stop group tacacs+

aaa accounting commands 15 default start-stop group tacacs+

aaa accounting network default start-stop group tacacs+

aaa session-id common

Do i need to modify any access or authorization policies for getting the accounting logs from ACS?

Hi Anand,

Try a different browser, say firefox and see if it helps.

Wonderful, solved my issue. Earlier while configuring the ACS FF did not display things correctly, so i did not try it this time.

FF display problem has been resolved from ACS 5.4 patch 1 onwards.
