Hi Sir,
I am configuring ACS 3.3 as the authentication server to authenticate wireless user via PEAP. However, when I tried to generate a self-signed digital certificate but was not successful.
I followed the instructions on the ACS menu --> System Configuration --> Generate self-Signed Certificate and the following error is shown
Error message: Cannot create file c:\acs_server_cert\acs_server_cert.pvk
May I know which steps I have missed out?
Thank you.

This is a very old thread, but I had this issue today.
"......cannot create file..... ' is a little misleading.
First I created the folders and that didn't work.
Then I started to learn how to create certs on ubunutu using open ssl, but then came back to the "built in" feature in ACS.
The solution was to create the file - I did a "create new text file" in the folder and then renamed it with "acs_server_cert.pvk". Nothing was in the file.
I also did this with the "acs_server_cert.cer" file, not sure if that was needed because there were no error messages.
The error message went away and now it works.
You can also create certs in Windows using Internet Information Services (IIS) 6.0 Resource Kit Tools.
