Dear All,
A customer have ACS 4.2 , 500 devices , they used to have SASU , but it were not renewed two years ago.
They need to upgrade 4.2 to 5.8 or at least 5.5 version, what is required, what are the part numbers I suppose to propose?

Please take a look at the ACS 5.8 bulletin(ordering guide) for information.

Table 3, should give you the part numbers and you also need support for that.
Cisco has announced EOL for ACS 5.8. Please see the EOL details here<https://communities.cisco.com/docs/DOC-63880> . ACS 5.8 end of sale is Aug 2017 and End of maintenance is an year after.
Please consider the life term of the product into consideration for migration.
There are options give in the ACS to ISE migration<https://communities.cisco.com/docs/DOC-63880> site that will help you navigate through the options for migration path, if you have either to migrate or do a fresh install with ISE.
The community site has a lot of pertinent information related to the ACS to ISE migration topic if you choose to directly go to ISE from ACS 4.2.
