ACS 5.0.1 is not a worth while to implement in production. There are lots of known issue and features those are not supported
The following Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP) methods are not supported:
–LEAP
–EAP-FAST/GTC
–EAP-FAST/TLS
–PEAP/GTC
–PEAP/TLS

Even after configuring everything you might not it working. Morover there would be not logs on the WLC to troubleshoot the issue due to this defect

I would suggest you to first upgrade it to ACS 5.1 and then configure it for wireless, far stable.
