ACS 5.2 and AD

We have ACS Engine 4.1 and want to upgrade it to 5.x.

Is the new version of ACS 5.2 allows a user to belong to several groups of AD ?

Yes, ACS 5.x allows that.

But be aware that it's not an "upgrade". ACS 5 is a new appliance and the migration is not fully automatic, you need to really plan the thing ahead.
