acs 5.2 and Infoblox netmri

I am trying to configure acs5.2 and tacacs+ to authenticate via active directory to infoblox netmri, has anyone done this? I am looking for basic setup, shell commands etc.. I test from netmri using tacacs+ servers and I pass test, but when trying to login to netmri appliance uitlizing acs Tacacs+ I fail. If I look into acs logs tacacs+ passes, but if I look at log on netmri the same username/pass fails? I amthink ing that I need to setup something in shell on acs Tacacs config in terms of profile i.e. sysadmin etc..

I have solved this issue. It took a couple of things..

1-     I had to go to the NetMRI side and under the "User Admin" tab "Users" add domain user name… the password will be greyed out as it will now try to auth you via Tacacs+ on the back end….

2-     I had to use FQDN domain name i.e.  AD-domain name@domain.subdomain.edu - I found this out by looking at logs on both ACS and Netmri, also Wireshark helped a bit..
