ACS 5.8 Backup and restore

Hi,

We have an ACS 5.8 server with evaluation license & we've backed-up the configuration. Then the evaluation license expired. Would it be possible to copy the backup config to another machine with a new evaluation license?

This won't help. The backup config also contains the license information and would overwrite the evaluation license.

It is possible to contact your Cisco partner to get an extension to the evaluation license so can continue the evaluation of the product
