ACS export reports is not working

Hi,

 

We have configured the ACS to export reports to an external FTP server. This was working fine until three weeks ago. Now we cant not see new reports in FTP. FTP server is available. How can we troubleshoot this issue in ACS?

If there were no changes to ACS or to the FTP server, I suggest opening a TAC SR to root cause the issue.
