The Migration guide,
How to Migrate ACS 5.x to ISE 2.x
states the following on page 27, "Warning: Currently migration tool that are part of ISE 2.0/ ISE 2.1 does not support merging configuration. This may change in the future. It is highly recommended to start import on clean ISE configuration" Is there recommended process for a customer has two instances of ACS that they wish to migrate to a single deployment of ISE? What are the potential issues with running the migration tool twice, once for each ACS?
The 2.2 migration user guide,
under enhancements seems to indicate that it is now possible with possible issues around duplicate objects.
Are there any outstanding reasons why migrating two instances of ACE into one ISE would be an issue?
thanks
Greg

I will inquire. Meanwhile, I would suggest to try it in the lab. Also, a newer migration tool for ISE 2.2 is being planned, to fix some bugs, such as CSCve59500.
