ACS upgrade from 5.2 to 5.4

Hello all,

I need to upgrade ACS 5.2 to 5.4 . I got one ACS appliance and other one is on VM.  I'm concerning about the VM version when I upgrade the ACS from 5.2 to 5.4.  Will ACS work after I done the upgrade? What are the things that I should prepare before the upgrade?  What are the files that I have to download from smartnet?

Also please post a document of Matrix for supported VMs and ACS versions.

For the upgrade also do we need to have these specs on the VM server?  if yes I have to do is reimaging upgrade right?
