Add Network Access User

Hello Everyone ,

i am new to cisco ISE and i have an issue when trying to add a new network access user , the login password field has been shaded and i can't put my password according to attached PIC .

could you please help me .

you need to meet the password policy  (mouse over on i symbo give more information)

i have check my password policy and didn't find anything wrong , could you please take a look on my password policy if i missed anything .

just now tested on my ISE (using chrome browser not seen any issue)

 i have opened the ISE in the chrome browser and the issue has been resolved !!
