Administrator Group

Hello Guys,

 

I have recently built ISE version 2.6, I have created admin account during the CLI setup and now when i access to the GUI i want to create a group for our IT Staff it allows me to create a group with no problem but when I create a user then add to the new group and after the user trying to login to the ISE  the user cannot login, what Am I missing ? 

 

I have doublicated the super admin group and changed the name to the groupe I wanted but still not working.

 

when the user trying to login it says (( invalid username or password. please contact your system administrator for assistance. ise))

Can anyone help how I can solve this problem please?

Hi,

 

   If you're sure they're using the correct credentials and it fails, while your credentials work, make sure your admin user/group configuration is correct. Follow this guide for reference:

Hi,

 

   If you're sure they're using the correct credentials and it fails, while your credentials work, make sure your admin user/group configuration is correct. Follow this guide for reference:
