Authentication Error on Cisco ACS

Hi,

I am getting "User Access Filtered" error under Authentication Failure Code on ACS when i am trying to login to the device. Previously i was able to login but yesterday we made changes to switch by removing EIGRP and added some static routes after that we are not able to login to Switch but we can login to other devices configured on ACS.

The error you are getting "user access filtered" indicates you have "Network access restriction" applied on the ACS group. Look at the failed attempt and see what group you are being assigned to. Go to that group and uncheck NAR. If you want to keep NAR settings then you need to allow the ip/aaa-client in the devices list.

This should resolve your issue.
