backup ACS SE database erro

I have backuped database in ACS SE 4.1 but it's erro "Backup failed due to FTP error. The Server returned 550 C:\Documents and Settings\ducnv\Desktop : No such file or directory"

have you got any erro same it?? if had, please help??

In the ACS backup settings you have specified the Directory as C:/ACS and error messages

say that "Backup failed due to FTP error.

The Server returned 550 ACS File: The system

cannot find the file specified",

It's not able to find the ACS directory, so please change the Directory in ACS backup setting to just / and that should fix it.

thanks jgambhir for your reply, I copy Directory on FTP server paste into ACS. If you have done it, can you capture the directory in ACS.
