any ideas on how to block hotspotshield users (students) connecting to our wifi

To block these URLs you will need to create a 'Custom URL Category' (Web Security Manager
> Custom URL Category).

You will then need to include the previously created 'Custom URL Category' in the relevant
'Access Policy' (Web Security Manager > Access Policy > URL Categories) and set to
'BLOCK'.
