We created the admin account during the setup and were able to log into the Web GUI, but we can't use this admin to access the CLI by using ssh, always said permission denied. Is there anything wrong? Any help will be appreciated.
The accounts for the web GUI and CLI are different. There are different usenames and passwords defined for each. The GUI admin account cannot be used to access the CLI

Could you please advice how did you solve the issue for CLI access ? I am facing the same.
