Cannot install ISE Hotfix for ISE 2.6 Patch 7 CSCvv41074_2.6.0.156-Patch7-SPA.tar.gz

Hi,

My ISE environment is hitting bug CSCvv41074, I am trying to install the patch but getting below error.

Patch cannot be installed. Patch file is not in the correct format.

The Hotpatch apply and rollback are available on https://software.cisco.com/download/specialrelease/9127528e3b8feefa681a31d08a6f1cc3.
Filename: CSCvv41074_2.6.0.156-Patch7-SPA.tar.gz
Release date: 14-Sep-2020 

Any suggestions please.

Hi,

Make sure you are installing the "ise-apply-CSCvv41074_2.6.0.156_common_1-SPA.tar.gz" file which you can find inside of the "CSCvv41074_2.6.0.156-Patch7-SPA.tar.gz" archive.
