We are currently implementing a remote access service for our organisation, the service has been scaled to accomodate a user base of 11000 customers.
We have set the Access control servers up such that they are responsible for the allocation of IP addresses to clients once they are authenticated. However, in the pilot phase of our project we have found that the access control server is issuing duplicate IP addresses to remote clients. Has anyone come across this problem before, and if so is there a patch for the ACS server that will fix the problem.
Our fallback position would be to allocate IP addresses from pools on the Access servers, however this is not our preferred route.
Any help would be most welcome.
