Cisco ISE 3.1 Patch 5 no TACACS Logs

Hello,

on Dezember 14 I installed on a ISE Deployment 3.1 the Patch 5

since then I've got no TACACS-Logs.

Radius Logs are ok, and the Hit Counter in the TACACS Policy Sets is ok as well

Any Ideas?

I've rolled back Patch 5 and TACACS Logs are working again.

Is this a Bug?

additional Info:

Problem is on a Deployment of 2 SNS3615.

We've a Test ISE as small VM, there is also Patch 5 installed and TACACS Logs are ok

I also have a deployment of 2xSNS3615 and installed from Patch-3 to Patch-4 two months ago and then Patch-5 two weeks ago.  No issue with either Radius or TACACS log.
