Has anyone used the ASA posture in the above screenshot. How does it work?

Is it same as the ASA hostscan?

Has anyone used the ASA posture in the above screenshot. How does it work?
-One of my customers currently uses it for all RA VPN network access, and are in the process of also doing it on the campus network. There are a lot of components that are utilized in the overall solution. My recommendation to gather a better understanding would be to reference the following:
