Are you sure the Android device doesn't show a cached page? It seems like an ACL/Redirection issue. Can you show the content of your Redirection ACL on your WLC?

Make sure you are going to an HTTP site and not HTTPS for redirection.

As the certificate not trusted by the browser, CSCvp34527 might be what you are seeing.
