Cisco ISE SNS-3715 RAID Inquiry

Hello,

If you look at the SNS 3715 Datasheet
"1 x 600-GB HDD or 1 x 800-GB SSD or 1 x 960-GB SED
RAID-0"

I would like to ask you how you can configure RAID with one disk.
If it is not a RAID configuration, I would like to ask you what this phrase means.
