Cisco NAC Profiler modules are stopped and Stalled

Hi Everyone,

My Cisco NAC Profiler got stuck and showing the current modules are Stalled and Stopped. They were working perfectly fine till yesterday....

Cisco NAC Manager SW = 4.9.1

Cisco NAC Server SW = 4.9.1

Cisco NAC PRofiler = 3.1.1.18

The output commands on server are

service collector status

Profiler Status
   Version: Collector-3.1.1_18

  o Server      Not Installed
  o Forwarder   Running
  o NetMap      Running
  o NetTrap     Running
  o NetWatch    Running
  o NetInquiry  Running
  o NetRelay    Running

Connection Type   = server
Listen on IP      = 10.115.199.200

On Profiler Side is as follows;

[beacon@NPS-1 /home/beacon]# service profiler status

Profiler Status
   Version: Profiler-3.1.1_18

  o Server      Running
  o Forwarder   Not Installed
  o NetMap      Not Installed
  o NetTrap     Not Installed
  o NetWatch    Not Installed
  o NetInquiry  Not Installed
  o NetRelay    Not Installed

Any idea or comment plz.

Hi,

The information you posted looks fine, the profiler will not have the collectors installed and the collectors show all services running and the server as not installed because it isnt the profiler.
