CiscoSecure ACS 4.0 Username & Password

Afternoon,

Does anyone know if there is a default user name & password to log in to an ACS server? We have tried reinstalling it but cannot get logged in.

Help!

When ACS 4.0 was installed someone forgot to check the box that lets the server check for windows users on the system. Now after changing the aaa settings on a switch to point to the new ACS server I am unable to login using my windows account and password. In ACS Reports > Failed attempts I get the 'Windows dialin permission required' under the Authentication Failure code column.

Can anyone help? How do I change the settings to allow windows logins from the server?

Hi,

On ACS Solution Engine 4.0 you can use the admin you created on CLI to login to the GUI.

On ACS for Windows, you will need to login locally from the ACS machine once and create an admin account. After that remote login is possible.
