Ciscosecure ACS allowing profile to one device.

I am running Ciscosecure ACS 2.3(6). How do I allow a profile access to only one device

You need to clarify your question little more..

You want to restrict the access for ACS 2.3(6) (config/changing/creating profiles) using http gui utility from only one ip address?? YES.. you can do that..Here is the url for that

What I am wanting is to create a profile for a user so they can only have access to one device on the network. Currently when I create a TACACS account on the ACS server that user is allowed to access any of my devices that is running TACACS. I also want this user to only be able to view things not change anything. I hope this clears it up.
