CWA with ISE 1.2 on WLC 7.6

Hi,

I referred to the below document from Cisco but still struggling to get the CWA working. The mab status is sucessfull, but the wireless user isnt getting an IP address. 

the SSID prompts up with "unable to join network" while in the background the MAB authentication is successful.

redirection acl's are set on the WLC but i don't see any hits on them.
