Disk allocation for SNS 36xx appliances

Hi all,

I just want to confirm how is the the disk allocation for the SNS3655 and SNS3695 appliances for a node in standalone mode (all personas in the same node). According to the version 2.6 documentation any node that has the MnT function enabled will reserve 60% of disk space for Radius and TACACS logging. If the SNS3655 has 1.2TB of disk space then it will reserve around 700GB of disk space for logging, is this correct? or the 60% allocation is only applicable when the node is only dedicated for the MnT persona?

Thanks!

The doc is saying that the reservation for 60% is for MnT node. This isn't
the case for standalone deployment.

Thanks Mohammed, so that means that for a standalone deployment the allocation for TACACS+ logs will be 20% only, correct?

Incorrect. Since ISE 2.2, 60% of disk storage is allocated for MnT and there is no fixed space limit for RADIUS or T+ data out of this 60%.

Thanks hslai,

My question is if this 60% of disk storage allocation applies for every node that has the MnT function independently of the deployment mode (standalone or distributed), According to your answer a node with the 3 personas (standalone deployment) will allocate 60% of disk storage for MnT (logging). Is this correct?

Regards!
