DNS Server Behind NAT

I configured DNS server Behind NAT Cisco 2800 Router abc.com

I forward the UDp and TCp port 53 to My DNS and able to get the A ,MX and NS record from Internet 

But iam not able to get PTR record using the nslookup ip_address of My WAN interface  thats why my mails are going to spam 

 

Please suggest the appropriate solutions

Hi

This may not be a firewall problem. This can an reverse  in-addr.arpa not being resolved properly.

 This sometimes can be ISP problem or unsupported service.

Check online domain tools and see what records are created for your domain. You will findout if PTR record is created for your domain or not.
