Docker Daemon not running - ISE 2.2 patch 4

Hello,

I recently upgrade ISE 1.1 to ISE 2.2 patch 4.

After about 1 month of production on the new version, My 1st PAN encounters this alarm : 

> Docker Daemon not running

What's the exact job / utility of this daemon ?

I assume that restarting ISE application will solve that.

The Docker daemon is related to Cisco's software container platform more info here:

Chances are you aren't utilizing it anyway but I would start with application stop ise and application start ise

Hi, 

Unable to get thist daemon running after restarting ise app :

2018-01-29T19:16:20.171256+01:00 srv-ise-adm-01 logger: Cannot connect to the Docker daemon. Is the docker daemon running on this host?

Attached the show status of docker app

Run the command show application status ISE it will include the status of the docker daemon in that output, it is not a separate application.
