We are running ACS3.3 and there seems to be a problem editing certain user accounts. When we go to change the password on certain user accounts, via the Group, Show users in group, click on username...the user account shows up as if it does not exist as there is no delete button, only submit and cancel. Any idea what is going on here? I've tried to re-fill in all the details when user accounts show up like this, but then it shows duplicate accounts in the same group...If I delete one, then only one account shows up, but in the create a user mode, not edit user mode...strange. Thanks

Did you try rebooting the ACS, may be it could be a temporary issue.

Can you try compacting the Database?
Pls refer the following URL for compact:

Note:For safty sake do a system backup, before doing compacting database.
