Duplicate user in ACS 3.3 database

I am using ACS to authenticate mac addresses. This is on an appliance. I created a user with the user name and password as the mac address and now it is listed twice! I can delete one entry but not the other. What can I do to clear this out of the database?

Hi ,

Please use the dbcompact command via the serial console to fix it.
