Use case: Guest Self-Registration with Sponsor Approval
Description: It was observed in our current lab environment that when ISE sends the Guest an email message (e.g. post sponsor approval with the login credentials) ISE will use the Sponsor Email in the FROM: field.
FROM: sponsor@company.com, TO: guest@email.com
Issue: Since ISE is not the authenticated user corresponding to the "sponsor@company.com" address, the email server policy is configured to prevent this transaction.
Is it possible to change this behaviour? are we able to modify the "FROM:" address to something such as donotreply@company.com? or, create a specific account for ISE (in AD) with corresponding email address to use?
any thoughts or suggestions welcome!
