Guest WiFi setup

To setup a guest-wifi, where the guest will connect to an SSID and immediately would get prompted on a webpage to accept terms and conditions.

After this the user would enter their email/phone number to which the credentials would be sent automatically....

For this kind of setup what equipment would i need, can you also point me to a diagram or something to understand this setup much better. And in this case what kind of logs are generated by the system which could be used for Auditing purposes.

You need below high level :

1. WLC

2. Access point to for WIFI (SSID)

3. You need Radius Server

4. You need DHCP IP address space for Guest

5. You need Customer portal
