High Authentication Latency - Tune Alarm

Hi, we are getting the high authentication latency with one particular SSID, the latency is due to the policy forwarding to an external cloud based RADIUS server and there is nothing i can do about the latency, all other wired and wireless networks dont produce this error, and if they did i would like to know about it.

Does anyone know how i add a filter to this alarm to not trigger if the SSID matches the one in question?

You do not have the flexibility to tune this alarm per SSID, or per use case. The alarm is deployment wide and by default the timer for the alarm is set to 10000 milliseconds of latency. You can tune the 10000 millisecond latency threshold that triggers the alarm, either increasing or decreasing it deployment wide, but you have no other customizability.

You tune this from Administration > System > Settings > Alarm Settings > High Authentication Latency
