How do I get ACS SE Recovery Cd for 5.3

I have forget my admin password for CISCO ACS 5.3 , can some on help me with SE recovery cd for the same?

You should have access to cisco.com

When you click on below listed link, it will take you to the download page of ACS 5.3 s/w

Here is a filename that you need to download. Once downloaded, create a bootable CD to use for administrator password recovery.

But I dont have the permission to download, it says I need to have service contract for download. Is there a way without that?

Unfortunately, that's the only way I'm aware of .

If you don't have contract then you may need to talk to your Cisco accounts team.

please send me the link where I can download it, I have also a valid contact and CCO ID.

Mohammad,

You will have to open a tac case. If you are running ACS for windows, you should be able to rdp into windows machine @acs ip address, and login locally using http://127.0.0.1:2002 and that should not force you login it will take you straight in the UI (assuming you didnt modify the password policy).

Let me know if this is the case. Also if you can open a seperate thread that will help future users. This thread was opened against 5.3.
