how to configure CA existing domain to use for authentication with ACS server and ROOT CA

Hi,

I have set up with wlc 5508 , ap 1042N , and acs 5.0 where as existing set-up involves , DNS , External DHCP

Now i want to intergrate ACS 5.0 with AD and CA to be installed to import certificate root CA.

how to install and configure the CA in this set-up ?

do i need to compulsary configure AD in CA server  or i can use existing DNS ( AD ) for the same ?

If i want certificate on server side as well as Client side , do i need to enable EAP-TLS or i can go for EAP-PEAP as well ?
