I have a self registered test user whose account has expired. When I try to login using this account, it says, "authentication failed". Upon checking in radius logs, it shows user has expired.
When I try to re-register using same username on the mobile device, it says, "user already exists".
Currently, I just purged the guest account to be able to create a new one. However, is there a way to reactivate the self registered guest account which is expired ?
As this is not a sponsor created account, I am assuming it doesn't show up under "manage accounts" for Sponsors.

There would be no Sponsor 'ownership' for a self-registered Guest account, but I believe you should still be able to modify the Guest account using a Sponsor that has the 'Sponsor All' permission set in the associated Sponsor Group.
