How To: Universal IOS-XE Switch Config for ISE

Would like to ask config guide for configuring 3650 & 3850 Switches running IOS-XE version >3.6

Setup is that an interface is connected with IP phone (voice VLAN should be the same) then Client user/laptop connect to IP phone, user need to login to identify/configure correct VLAN for the data and voice vlan remains unchanged for the IP phone.
