Identity not appearing in radius live log.

Username / Identity is not displaying in the identity column of ISE radius live log.

Apart from username, MAC address is displaying in the identity column. Scenario is wireless AD based portal authentication.

We are running ISE 2.1 with patch level 3. Please suggest a workaround.

If you are using Central Web auth, your initial session will only show MAC address as it uses Mac authentication bypass (MAB) as authentication method for showing the portal page. Once you login to portal (guest or corporate user), and the COA completes, you should see the username as identity.
