Importing users via csutil and import.txt file

I can add users into the correct group, but is their a way to add a user defined field (Real Name) via the imort.txt file. I have 300 users from an LDAP database to import. thnx

But it does not explain how to add the user defined fields !! Any ideas ? I have the same problem right now

It will not be possible with csutil (import.txt)

You can do the task with RDBMS sync, following link can provide you details how to do the same:
