in ISE are the guest passwords random generated

If i choose for ISE to generate a password of 2 lower case , 2 upper case, and 4 numbers will these be random or issued in the order of choice on the Guest Password Policy, Alpha lower , Alpha Upper and Numeric 0-9

Not sure but you can easily try it out by using the portal test url ok any guest portal

I followed your guest password policy to randomly generate 50 guests. The outputs (the first 5 shown below) have the three types of characters in random order.
